we made gingerbread cookies for the first time! after letting the dough firm up in the fridge, we rolled it out and began to cut shapes and create figures. we don't have a single cookie cutter in our house, so we had to use our imagination.
after they quickly baked, we used some leftover vegan "cream cheese" icing to decorate.
everyone got in on the decorating.

she chose to eat the christmas tree cookie but really only licked the icing a couple of times.

hot chocolate with soy milk, cocoa and a touch of vegan sugar. so yummy but it kept me up all night making christmas presents.
after two bites of a cookie and three licks of icing, she asked to eat cranberries. that ez!
