Nest door to our river house was an amazingly beautiful house on the river, as well. We often swam at the pool here.
Yes, it was an incredible place to be, to enjoy.
Hubby often took the girls there on afternoons when I was at the clinic. They had already been a handful of times before I even got to join them.
The raised stairs here lead to the hot tub that was never actually hot. It made a nice place for the kids to touch the bottom "with no holding", as e would tell me.

Lovely smooth rocks fill in the gaps.
